Our venue
The Court Street Livery is a beautiful 19th century barn just off the charming town square in Washington, Georgia. The rough cut board and batten siding and metal roof gives a nod to rustic Americana while the historically rich interior space provides a wonderful canvas for imaginative decorating from rustic farm to urban chic. The open floor plan easily accommodates weddings, banquets, parties, meetings and gallery events for up to 175 people, or add outdoor tents for larger groups in the adjoining plaza. Our venue is excellent for seated functions, buffets and auditorium style events. Variable lighting facilitates a wide range of event ambiance and our three large garage doors allow for bright daytime sunlight and a seamless transition to the feeling of outdoors. Choose your own caterers and bring in your own beverages and libations. The Washington area has a wide range of catering options, along with first-rate accommodations, event support services and equipment rental companies. The Court Street Livery is located two hours east of Atlanta, midway between Athens and Augusta, just under an hour drive from each, perfect for a day event outside of the city or a weekend destination.
